Ambush is a lethal uncommon entity in DOORS, appearing in both The Hotel and The Mines.
Rush is a major hostile entity in DOORS. It is one of the most frequent threats in both The Hotel and The Mines.
Seek is a major entity in DOORS, serving as the secondary antagonist of The Hotel and the main antagonist in The Mines. Seek appears in two chase sequences in The Hotel (The Grand Hallway), two chase sequences in The Mines (The Caverns and The Sewage Pipes), a boss fight in The Dam, and during the ending cutscene in The Woods.
The Figure is one of the main hostile entities in DOORS, being the main antagonist of The Hotel and the tertiary antagonist of The Mines. It appears as a “boss fight” in The Library and The Electrical Room (Hotel) and as a mini-boss fight in The Shafts (Mines).
Screech is a hostile entity in DOORS that resides in The Hotel and The Mines. In The Hotel, they have a chance to spawn in any dark room; in The Mines, they can spawn in almost any room, regardless of light level.
Jeff Shop (stylized as JeFF ꙄHOP) is a safe area. It always appears in a pre-generated location after The Library in The Hotel and after The Nest in The Mines. This room is always guaranteed to spawn.
Bob, also called Bob Skellyfriend, is a minor entity that can be found at Jeff’s Shop in The Hotel and The Mines, sitting next to El Goblino.
Jack is a minor entity in DOORS, residing in the Hotel and the Mines. Its main purpose is to frighten players, as it does no damage.
El Goblino is capable of talking to the player through interaction. He will only provide the player with three lines of dialogue before going silent for the rest of the run.
Halt is a supporting hostile entity in DOORS, appearing in The Hotel and The Mines, inhabiting The Dining Hall and The Bridges respectively.
The Eyes are a supporting hostile entity in DOORS, appearing in The Hotel and The Mines. Eyes have a chance to spawn once the player opens the door to a new room.
Dupe is a hostile entity in DOORS, appearing in The Hotel and The Mines, mainly in rooms with two or more numbered doors, typically in larger multi-door rooms. Dupe was one of the entities introduced in the Hotel+ Update.
Glitch is a strange and mysterious entity in DOORS found on every floor and sub-floor. Glitch primarily acts as a failsafe when certain in-game bugs/glitches occur.
Guiding Light, also named Moonlight, is a mysterious light blue aura and the overarching protagonist of DOORS known for its helpful and welcoming nature.
Hide is a miscellaneous hostile entity that resides in hiding spots that can be found in The Hotel and The Mines. Its main purpose is to kick out players who hide in a hiding spot for too long in order to encourage progression
Dread appears as a white and lightly deformed blue sponge-shaped face with many hollowed-out hole-spots. Its upper half has many of what looks like eyes.
The Queen Grumble is the queen of the Grumbles, being a matured Giggle; a giant, beige-colored creature with 8 tentacles, a smiling mouth with 20 white teeth, a tongue, small pink lips, two large pink eyes.
Grumbles initially make their appearance in The Nest, immediately following the end of the first Seek chase. A total of 5 Grumbles, including the Queen Grumble, patrol The Nest.
Giggles are attached to the ceiling of a room with their face fronting the floor, periodically giggling, which players can hear if they are nearby. If a player walks under or very close to a Giggle in this position, the Giggle will immediately detach itself from the ceiling and drop down onto the player’s face.
Gloombats are neutral entities that appear in The Mines. They won’t directly attack the player unless they are provoked.
Snare is a minor entity in DOORS, residing in The Hotel and appearing exclusively in The Courtyard and The Greenhouse. It serves as an obstacle during these doors and a trap that will stop players from hiding from hostile entities.
Flammable gas leaks that can explode if a player uses a lighter. They can also cause players to suffocate from asphyxiation if they stay in the room for too long.
Floods are common hazards/events that may randomly occur in random rooms of The Mines.
Gloombat Eggs have a slimy appearance; they appear as various assortments of eggs embedded into the ground.
Minecarts are objects that are present in The Mines. They have two mechanics: they can be used to unlock the next door by breaking wooden planks, and they can be ridden in the Seek minecart chase.
Stalagmites are located in the middle of Broken Bridges, specifically, in the Broken Bridges section, if the player jumps too early towards a broken bridge, the player will fall into the spikes and die with their torso being brutally impaled by them.
Wooden Barriers appear in the Minecart Rail section, it appears to be a obstacle where players must crouch in order to get past.
Bob Skellyfriend[1], or simply Bob, is a minor entity that can be found at Jeff’s Shop in the Hotel, sitting next to El Goblino.
Eyes are a supporting hostile entity in DOORS, appearing in the Hotel. Eyes has a chance to spawn once the player opens the door to a new room; however, Eyes will spawn more often in The Greenhouse, and in Super Hard Mode.
Glitch is a pivotal and mysterious entity in DOORS, residing in the Hotel and The Rooms. It acts as a failsafe for players when a room fails to generate correctly, or if a player gets glitched outside of the map, and formerly teleported players back to their group in a multiplayer run; this role has been given to Void.
